2. Data we collect
We collect the data you voluntarily provide through our forms: full name, email address and message content. Additionally, our server automatically records technical data such as IP address, browser type and pages visited, always subject to applicable consent requirements.
3. Purpose of processing
We use your data to: (a) manage and respond to enquiries sent via the contact form; (b) provide information about our real estate crowdlending services when requested; (c) comply with applicable legal obligations; and (d) improve the user experience through aggregated analysis of browsing data.
4. Legal basis
Processing is based on: your consent when completing forms (Art. 6.1.a GDPR); the execution of pre-contractual measures (Art. 6.1.b GDPR); compliance with legal obligations (Art. 6.1.c GDPR); and our legitimate interest in maintaining and improving the security and quality of the platform (Art. 6.1.f GDPR).
5. Data retention
Contact form data will be kept for a maximum of 24 months from the last communication, unless a legal obligation requires a longer period. Anonymised browsing data may be retained indefinitely for statistical purposes.

We do not share data with third parties except where legally required. We use service providers (hosting, email, analytics) located within the European Economic Area or with adequate safeguards under the GDPR, acting under our instructions as data processors.
7. Your rights
You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and data portability by writing to info@deferredty.com with a copy of your identity document.
